Founder story
I'm Ilya Vaiman, the builder of Protocol15. I've spent 15+ years building production web applications, dashboards, analytical workflows, design systems, and collaborative product interfaces.
Protocol15 grew out of a simple frustration: many group activities are either too shallow to discuss or too messy to run well. I wanted something easier to start, sharper to debate, and concrete enough to debrief afterward.

Protocol15 is built as a hosted activity, not a slide deck, PDF, or loose facilitation script. The goal is to give a room enough structure to start fast, argue productively, and finish with something concrete to discuss.

Most of my professional work has been inside complex web products: analytical dashboards, customer-facing enterprise tools, design systems, geospatial visualization, shared component libraries, and modernization from older stacks into React-based architecture.
That background shaped how Protocol15 is built: clear flows, reliable state, fast interfaces, and screens that stay understandable when the room gets busy.

Protocol15 started while I was preparing an offsite for my team at work. I wanted an activity that was easy to start, but serious enough to make people disagree, listen, negotiate, and leave with something worth discussing afterward.
A good group activity should have enough structure to run smoothly and enough tension to make the debrief useful.

Free Demo and paid session packs are available now. Protocol15 uses prepaid hosted-session credits for hosts, and each credit starts one paid live hosted room. Participants join sessions for free and do not see checkout.
Protocol15 does not sell consulting, human-led facilitation, physical goods, gambling, betting, emergency survival training, formal psychological assessment, employment assessment, certification, or regulated professional services.
